啜著Aveda的康福茶（已經過期半年有普洱茶的味道）。
濕冷的午后（一定要午后不是午後），
靜靜感受內心深處的流動（覺得該逼有點癢）、與自己對話（這種天很容易濕疹復發），
翻本書讓心靈沉澱（翻兩頁決定還是拿岀iPad追劇），聆聽靈魂深處的聲音（還是去看一下皮膚科好了）。
